The process starts with a free phone or e-mail consultation about your current position, goals and marketing direction as well as a free written estimate. With a signed contract, we can then begin working step-by-step with you through the various phases needed to complete your materials.
The Analysis Phase
We'll work with you in developing a Creative Review to analyze your current marketing materials or develop a needs assessment if you have not yet fully developed your materials.
The Creative Phase
We'll work with you in developing a written Creative Brief outlining goals and intentions of your new materials as well as milestones and a timeline.
The Design Phase
We will create preliminary designs that meet the criteria laid out in the Creative Brief. After you select one of them, we will develop it through various stages with input from you at set milestones to approve copy, artwork, and layout. With all approvals in order, we will finalize the design, and submit it to you for final approval.
The Delivery Phase
We will deliver all materials to you, your printer, advertising representative or web hosting company in the exact form needed. We will then schedule a follow-up meeting with you to recap the Creative Brief, benchmarking the design's effectiveness to its intended goals.
